Wat’s up bro, it’s been a moment already. Hope everything goes well with Wheel_Love and hey, congrats on the opening of new shop. Waek Daeng is so damn near to my working place (Wisma Consplant, Sime Darby), promise to pay your shop a visit during the official launching. So pls announce the date when its set later…
BTW, speaking of stockpiles… any chance to consider bringing K2 Varsity into local market which is set to be released by 2010? Nothing much to hoo-haa about, it has the old famous flexible cuff but the new model is meant to look like a vulcanized sneaker with leather trim (Letterman jacket), a new soul plate design and most importantly it’s super lightweight! The softboot technology remains, but I think they’ve gone a different direction toward more of a hardboot style soul, contrary to their classic K2 Fatty Skate.
As you know I’m always a K2 hardcore… softcore takda main lah. xD

We’ve always loved the K2s and that is the reason why we are still stuck with Xsjados was because it felt exactly like em minus the infamous cuff problem on K2s (I’m sure alot of you guys out there know this problem).
The Varsity are still prototypes and K2 distribution in Malaysia is not held by us though we have a good relationship with them so hey, we might just get in a pair to trash and burn.
Shop should open in mid-October.

just got some juicy news from k2 mr powell and this is some or all of what he had to say.
Quote(Powell K2): *What you saw is a proto and there have been changes to the final product (there will not be any sock like material on the skate other then the top collar). *The goal was to make a light K2 that does all of tricks while bringing back a level of comfort and quality materials that K2 is known for. *we will be releasing some footage of the skate in the next couple of weeks that will include Todd Blubaugh feat. in all AJ’s KFC movies, skating. *and a Todd interview that will tell you more about the evolution of the skates.
It seems to me that K2 is making a comeback, and latest rumours from Be-Mag is that Rachard Johnson might be the new appointed rider for K2 Varsity… Hmmm.
BTW, you mentioned mid-Oct for the opening, is it before or after Deepavali? I’m bringing you flowers…
